The best way to improve at lacrosse is to play small sided (3v3, 4v4 and 5v5) lacrosse.  By playing with fewer players on the field, it has been proven that each player improves more including speed, endurance, stick skills, defensive positioning, off ball movement and more.

The BILL is an 8 week indoor lacrosse league where players will warm up and play a fast paced small-sided game each week.  

Age Groups by grade: 1-2, 3-4 & 5-6.  There will also be a MY First Stick Session for ages 3-5 /beginners as well.  

Times:  1-2 (8:00 - 8:55) 3-4 (9:00 - 9:55) & 5-6 (10:00 -10:55)

Location: Sahlen's Sports Park in Elma, NY

Dates: January 6, 13, 20, 27 February 3, 10, 24, March 3
